Plaud has designed an AI pin designed to work as a convenient, wearable notetaker. Billed as “AI on-the-go,” the NotePin can be attached to its user’s shirt – or worn on their wrist or as a necklace – to function as a personal secretary.
During a meeting, for instance, the pill-shaped NotePin will not only record and transcribe the conversation but can summarize the text as actionable items or other helpful lists.
The NotePin’s battery offers 20 hours of recording time on a single charge. Users simply tap the pin to turn it on, and it automatically begins recording.
The pin itself is priced at $169 USD, but the free version of the software plan powering it maxes out at 300 minutes of audio per month.
For an additional $79 USD annually, users can access 1,200 minutes per month, along with the aforementioned summarization feature and other advanced tools.
