From April 13 – 15, Resorts World in Las Vegas held an event that they aptly titled the “MrBeast Experience.”

For an entry price of $1000 per person, a now-deleted page advertising the event promised an exclusive MrBeast “mystery bag” stocked with the YouTuber’s merchandise, with one lucky visitor winning a $10,000 gift voucher to use at Resorts World.
“Additionally, throughout the week, the property will host a series of on-site activations, treating guests to an immersive experience,” it read.
The event didn’t quite go as planned, however, as many have reported that the ‘experience’ didn’t feature any special activities, and they were severely disappointed by the contents of the merch bag. News of the disappointing event went viral across social media, prompting a quick response from MrBeast himself.
Users slam MrBeast Experience on social media
One of the first videos detailing the experience was uploaded by Jamiey Photography on Instagram, who claimed there were no event activations and the merch bag didn’t even arrive until the second day of the three-night event.
“We’re at Resorts World for the MrBeast Experience, and this is horrible, horrible. We arrived yesterday, and nobody really had any information. We were told we had to wait in our room for the (merch) bag,” she said.
According to Jamiey, after waiting three hours for the bag, they were told that it wasn’t coming that day, and they ended up just getting a box of Feastables chocolate. After getting the chocolate, she went around the resort looking for the promised activities… just to realize nothing had been set up, and they were eventually cancelled entirely.

Many others across social media shared the same sentiment as Jamiey, and many have started requesting full refunds for the experience.
“It should have been like mini-games, meet and greets, photo ops, special drinks and things,” Theresa Metta told Las Vegas’ 8 News Now. “Unfortunately, we didn’t get any of that.”
Another woman said she signed up for the experience to celebrate her son’s birthday. “I was just trying to give him the best experience, and unfortunately, as a parent, I feel like I failed him,” she said.
MrBeast responds to frustrated fans after Vegas event goes sideways
Another frustrated fan took to social media to share his thoughts, tagging MrBeast directly in a post on X.
“Yoooooo MrBeast, I’m at Resorts World doing your experience, and it’s been 24 hrs and nothing,” he said. “Where’s the experience?? Are there gonna be any activities or anything? Waiting in the room lol.”
The YouTuber promptly responded, revealing that his team is working on inviting everyone affected to tour his actual studio in North Carolina.
“Hey! This definitely isn’t the experience we hoped they’d deliver,” he said. “My team’s already on it — I’d love to personally make it up to you and anyone else by inviting everybody affected to tour my actual studio! Can’t wait to meet you all, and my team is reaching out to everyone.”
Other affected fans shared that MrBeast’s headquarters reached out to them, but nothing has been confirmed as of writing.
This comes just days after Donaldson went viral with his video revealing how he’s made working conditions better for the cocoa farmers who help make his Feastables chocolate bars.
