Miles Teller and Anya Taylor-Joy Guard the Gates of Hell in New 'The Gorge' Trailer

Miles Teller and Anya Taylor-Joy have teamed up for another action film, coming to streamers on Valentine’s Day next year. In Apple TV+‘s new film The Gorge, the two find themselves posting guard above their own version of hell.

Both Teller and Taylor-Joy’s characters are two highly trained operatives who are appointed to stand guard in the tower opposite of a highly classified gorge. As per the movie’s logline, their task is to be “protecting the world from an undisclosed, mysterious evil that lurks within.” At first the two are instructed to not communicate with one another but they end up bonding over long distance with notes they could read through their high-powered binoculars, “When the cataclysmic threat to humanity is revealed to them, they must work together in a test of both their physical and mental strength to keep the secret in the gorge before it’s too late.” In the trailer, Teller’s character asks, “What’s the truth about this place? What’s the truth about The Gorge?”

Directed by Scott Derrickson, Zach Dean pens the script that sees Sigourney Weaver round out the main cast. David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Don Granger through Skydance Media with Derrickson, C. Robert Cargill and Sherryl Clark are all producers on the film. The film premieres on Apple TV+ on February 14, 2025. Watch the trailer above.
