Kendrick Lamar's "Not Like Us" Diss Track Has Been Turned into an Owl-Whacking Video Game

Kendrick Lamar‘s diss track “Not Like Us” has quickly become the song of the summer. While it distinctively pinpoints the rapper’s feud with Drake, it has become an anthem for fans, topping streaming charts and racking up hundreds of millions of views for its music video on YouTube.

Not Like Us: The Game was developed by Richie Branson, known for previously working on Fortnite. Currently an browser-based game that is free-to-play for all, the video game developer does share his Cash App and Venmo tags for anyone who is willing to support. The game is inspired by a portion of the song and music video where Kendrick hits an owl piñata meant to signify Drake’s OVO when he sings the famed lyrics, “Certified Loverboy, certified pedophile/Wop Wop Wop Wop.”

Hitting it right on the nail of pop culture, the browser-based game allows fans to control a stationary man, seemingly Kendrick Lamar, as he hits owls that appear around him in a whack-a-mole style. Those interested in playing the game can find it here.
