IShowSpeed believes he can beat Jake Paul in a boxing match and knock him out cold.
During his conversation on 360 With Speedy at ComplexCon 2024 in Las Vegas, the popular streamer explained how he isn't afraid of any challenges and feels he could take on any boxer. According to Speed, other content creators aren't trying to fight him due to his athletic prowess, including Kai Cenat and Adin Ross, who he said both turned down the offer.
When the crowd started yelling Jake Paul's name when Speed was asked who he wanted to fight, the streamer argued he could beat Paul in a fight.
"I feel like I could be Jake Paul in a fight," Speed said when asked if he'd consider getting into the ring with the 27-year-old.
Speed said he respects Paul's work ethic but can see holes in his game. All Speed said he needs is a few months to prepare for a boxing match with any "monster."
"If I have six months, all I need is six months. If I have six months of training, I'm beating any monster in this world," said Speed before predicting how a fight with Paul would go. "I think I'm knocking him out. In, like, the fifth or sixth round....It's just going to be that one good one. You know like when Gervonta Davis got that one on Ryan [Garcia]? One good one, he's done, sleep."
In addition to claiming he would knock out Paul, Speed said Manny Pacquiao is the best boxer of all time. Speed's claim comes after Pacman knocked him down during a sparring session earlier this year.
"Listen, I left myself open on purpose 'cause Manny Pacquaio wasn't taking it serious. He was doing that smile he always does," said Speed. "I think Manny Pacquiao is the greatest boxer of all time."
Speed may need to get in line to fight Paul because several fighters have already called him out following his win against Mike Tyson. One of those people included Gervonta Davis, who claimed he would "beat the brakes" off Paul.
"To the bozo that shared the ring with Mike, you a whole bozo for this and you didn't get the job done [expletive]," Davis said on his Instagram story. "One more thing. I'm going to beat the brakes off Jake when I catch them. Uppercut, jab, jab, left hook, uppercut, hook. Watch."
