Fortnite Will Receive Mortal Kombat Mythics Next Season

According to reliable insiders, Fortnite’s upcoming season will add new Mythics inspired by the weapons used by Sub-Zero and Scorpion from Mortal Kombat.

Fortnite recently confirmed a Mortal Kombat collaboration by featuring Sub-Zero in the poster for their upcoming season, Lawless. FNBRIntel and ShiinaBR claimed that players will receive two new skins as part of the collaboration: Sub-Zero and Scorpion, the latter arriving later in the season. The latest information from the same Fortnite insider tells us more details on the Mortal Kombat Mythics for the upcoming season.

FNBRIntel’s recent tweet revealed that Fortnite’s Mortal Kombat Mythics will be inspired by Sub-Zero and Scorpion’s weapons from the popular fighting series. Sub-Zero will receive his iconic ice gauntlets, which could act as a melee weapon on the battlefield. On the other hand, Scorpion will receive his Spear Hook, which will play the “Get over here” audio every time you hit another player.

Fortnite’s Lawless season arrives on February 21, 2025, when players will be journeying into the Crime City. Big Dill will also drop their new single at the same time, so keep an eye out for that. According to the latest leaks, the upcoming season could also introduce a Yakuza collaboration. Also, Fortnite will feature more DC collaborations after the MultiVersus shutdown.
